We will be sure to communicate which location to pick up your item when we schedule the appointment for pick up.

You can absolutely book your rental online. Our automated rental system allows you to quickly and easily book your reservations using our web site. There is no need to call your agent unless you have questions or need additional information. Of course, if you are more comfortable booking your reservation by phone or in person, we welcome you to do so.

Yes, an account is created for every rental customer, whether renting online, by phone, or in person. You can use our search function at the top of any page or the category selectors to find the item you are interested in. Once you are on the item page, simply select the length of time you need the item, and the click the calendar selector to choose the date. The calendar will display all days that are currently available for the item.
